My Matariki Art.

These are the steps on how I made My Matariki Art

  1. we made  silhouetts of famous landscape in Auckland. (tamaki makaurau)
  2. pastel backround.
  3. stencil and paint. we used the paint with a tooth brush   to flick it on the backround

I really liked the pastel backround part because it really made my hands dirty and I wanted to leave my hands dirty but I had to wash my hands. The things that I didn’t like was none of it there were all fun to do

Notice & Wonder.

I notice there are a lot of people on the train.

I wonder if someone is going to fall.

I notice some people are standing in front of the train.

I wonder if the people that are standing in front of the train will want to hop on.

I wonder what country this is.

My metaphor

We have learning about metaphors unlike similes ,  a metaphor doesn’t use ”like or as.

it compares two diffrent things.

Here is my metaphor. Lola is a scared bubble.

I used this metaphor because when you are in a astronaut suit you float like a bubble.
